JoeCitizens.com seeks Refund from Corruption

Memphis , TN – December 4, 2006 – With another outbreak of corruption within local government, Tom Guleff, founder of www. JoeCitizens.com, is asking for refunds or at the least reparation to the voters of Shelby County.

“We are asking all candidates, campaign managers, and their treasurers from this year’s election cycle to review their coffers and spit out the dirty money,” says Guleff.

Organizations, candidates, and elected officials, who received funds from those involved in the most recent scandal, must return the tainted money to the contributors. No matter if you are a Republican, Democrat or an Independent everyone must demand an end to this cycle of corruption.

A simple note from the candidate or organization (with dollars attached, but please no more marked money) stating that a mistake has been made in accepting the campaign contribution, is the very least that should be done. By returning contributions of corruption, the power of corrupting influence is broken.
