Joe Saino, candidate for the Memphis City Council, hopes Mayor Herenton comes up short in the October election, but the MIFA charity, needs Joe in the Daily Double to collect the entire bet.
According to Mr Saino:
" Put me on the City Council and I will contribute ½ of my salary to MIFA and if you put a new mayor in City Hall I will contribute the other half to MIFA."
